Cibesut Flat Citizens Requesting for Total Renovation

Citizens living in Cipinang Besar Utara (Cibesut) Flat is requesting the flat facilities to be improved. This is because many flat facilities are damaged.

All I know is the flat will totally be rehabilitated. There will be build 1 block with 16 floors and 276 units

The flat which was built in 1987, is consisting of four blocks with 152 units. From that number, there are only 145 units occupied. And the rest 7 units in Block C are damaged and cannot be occupied.

As experienced by Yunita (51), one of occupants in Block B unit 103. She admitted, the roof of his unit already fragile. 

β€œThe danger was when I was sleeping. If I was careless, I could be the downfall of wood chips roof,” she expressed, Tuesday (9/2).

Head of Flat's Management Unit (UPRS) Regional III for Jakarta Housing and Government's Building Department, Sayid Ali disclosed had a plan to rehab the flat totally.

β€œAll I know is the flat will totally be rehabilitated. There will be build 1 block with 16 floors and 276 units,” he finished.
